Adding a Facebook Account


1. Select Facebook & Instagram on the Navigation Pane

2. Click on the Import Social Media option


3. You'll see a button to Add A New Facebook Account. Please click on it and press Continue with Facebook


4. In the next step, Facebook will ask for your confirmation. Please Continue with the steps until the account is imported within Pro Elkan.


5. Once the import is successful, You can see your business pages added to Pro Elkan.



Adding an Instagram Account


  1. 1.Select Facebook & Instagram on the Navigation Pane


  2. 2.Click on the Import Social Media option


  3. 3.Scroll down a bit, and click on the Instagram tab, and then click on Add Instagram Account button




  1. 4.In the next step, Click on Continue with Facebook and


  2. 5.Select the Instagram Accounts which you want to add to Pro Elkan Once the import is successful, You can see your Instagram accounts added to Pro Elkan


Adding a Facebook Group

You just need to follow the same steps as you followed to add Facebook Pages & Instagram Accounts.

  1. 1.Select Facebook & Instagram on the Navigation Pane


  2. 2.Click on the Import Social Media option


  3. 3.Scroll down a bit, and click on the Groups tab, and then click on Add A Group button


  1. 4.In the next step, Click on Continue with Facebook and Select the Facebook Groups which you want to add to Pro Elkan


  2. 5.Once the import is successful, You can see your Facebook Groups added to Pro Elkan

4. Select your Page and Click Create New Flow


5. Enter a Flow Name and press ok

  1. 1) Elements Section: You get multiple elements to make your ChatBot rich and interactive. It includes Texts, Images, Carousel, GIF, Video, Files, etc.

    You can double-click at the elements section for better usability.


    1. 2)Node Socket: The small circle (we call it "node socket") is used to connect message flows.


Adding Text, Images, GIFs, Videos, and Files

Now let's create a basic chat flow in Pro Elkan:

1. Please Right Click on the interface, select a text element and connect the node socket.

  1. You can rename the text if needed.

2. Typing Delay: You can add a typing delay if required. It shows the conversation natural.


3. Message: Click on the message area and enter a message. You can also use Variables and Emojis.


You can also Auto Generate messages through the AI option.

4. Button: You can add a button to redirect users to the next step/phone call/web URL and other destinations.


5. Quick Reply: You can add one or more quick reply texts. It's easier for users because they don't need to type anything. They can just click on a quick reply.


6. Now, Let's create the Next Step for the above messages.

7. Right-click on the interface, Add a Video element and an Image element, and Connect the Node Socket with Quick Replies


8.Upload Video and Image in both responses.

  1. You can also add Quick Reply within the response steps to make the conversation engaging and effective.


  2. Pro ELkan provides 10+ conversation elements such as Text, Images, Carousel, Video, Files, Gif, FacebookMedia, and more. You can choose the relevant elements and configure them easily by the provided steps.

Using Facebook Media to upload high-quality videos

Now add Facebook Media to your chat flow:

1. Please Right Click on the interface, select FacebookMedia and connect the node socket.

2. Click on the Video Icon, enter the Facebook Media URL, and press OK

3. Go to Facebook >> open the video you want to upload >> Copy Video URL

4. Get back to Pro Elkan and Paste the video link

5. Your Facebook Media Upload is ready


3. You'll see a button to Add A New Facebook Account. Please click on it and press Continue with Facebook

Generic Element: It consists of an Image, Title, Description, and Redirection URL.


  1. 1.)Please Right Click on the interface, select Generic and connect the node socket.

  2. 2.)Configure: Click on the generic element box, Upload an image >> Enter Title, Description, Redirect URL, and Save it.

  3. 3.) Your Generic element is ready.


Carousel Element: A set of two or more generic elements in a carousel format.


  1. 1.) Please Right Click on the interface, select Carousel, and connect the node socket.

  2. 2.) Configure: Click on the carousel element box, Upload an image >> Enter Title, Description, Redirect URL, and Save it.

  3. 3.) Repeat the above steps for 2nd card.

  4. 4.) You can add more cards by clicking "+" button.

  5. 5.) Your Carousel element is ready.

Creating One-time Notifications (OTN)

The One-Time Notification allows you to send a single message per user request outside the 24-hour window. So if a user requests to get a message for a certain goal, you can send them a promotional message outside the 24-hour window.


Let's create an OTN in Pro Elkan Chat Flow Builder:

  1. 1.) Please Right Click on the interface, select OTN, and connect the node socket.

  2. 2.) Configure: Click on the OTN element box, Enter OTN Title >> Enter OTN Name and Save it.

  3. 3.) Your OTN is ready.



Chatbot Flow: Triggers

In this guide, you'll learn how to configure chatbot flow triggers.

Pro Elkan allows you to create automated chat flow using a powerful chatbot flow builder.

We have the option to set up flows with specific scenarios and triggers so that our bots answer customers’ questions according to an in advance specified scenario.


Triggers are subscribers' actions or keywords sent in their messages.


Pro Elkan has the following triggers:

  • Get Started: such a trigger launches a flow in a set period after a customer subscribes to the chatbot.

  • Keywords: such a trigger launches a flow after receiving a message with a specific keyword from a subscriber.

How to add triggers in Chatbot Flow?


1. Please Right Click on the interface, select Triggers

2. Select Trigger type: Get Started or Keyword based

3. If you select "Get Started" then it doesn’t require configuration.

4. If you select "Keyword" then you need to configure it.

5. You can add one or more keyword triggers (E.g., Camping, Backpack)

6. Select a Matchtype and Save it.


7.Now, you need to connect your trigger with the element.


8.Select the Node Socket in the trigger and connect with the relevant element.

Congratulations, You have successfully created a Chatbot flow and configured a trigger.

Chatbot Flow: UserInput

How to use the UserInput element:


Steps using Chatbot Flow


1. Please Right Click on the interface > select Text and connect the node socket.

2. Add Message within the Text element and add quick replies to initiate the UserInput element.


3. Right Click on the interface > select UserInput element


4.Configure UserInput: Click on the UserInput element

Select Custom Variable: You can select an existing custom variable from dropdown options and click Confirm Changes.


  • Create New Custom Variable: Click on the toggle button > Enter Custom Variable Name


  • Dynamic or Pre-defined Data: Select Dynamic if you want users to enter their preferred input. If you have any pre-defined data, users will be able to pick from that.


  • Enable Google Sheet: You can enable it and select google sheet to keep the user input data.


  • Click on Confirm Changes button

5. Connect socket nodes as per the flow.


  1. Congrats, your UserInput element is configured successfully.

Conditional elements can be very helpful to make the conversation personalized. You can also validate user inputs by adding condition elements. Now let's add a condition element for UserInput.

3. You can create conditions based on Customer Tags, Name and Custom Variables.


4.Select preferred condition parameter and click Add Condition


5.Now select a qualifier for your preferred condition and clicks on Confirm Changes


4. In the next step, Facebook will ask for your confirmation. Please Continue with the steps until the account is imported within Pro Elkan.


5. Once the import is successful, You can see your business pages added to Pro Elkan.

Chatbot Flow: Action element

How to use the Action element:

Action elements are one of the very useful elements in chatbot flow. It is

used to trigger a set of predefined actions within the chatbot flow. It basically helps you automate your actions based on users' responses.


For example, You can initiate an email sequence, SMS sequence, or modify custom variables based on users' responses.


This is just an example. There are tons of uses cases of the action element.

Now let's add an action element:

Steps to create Action element in Chatbot Flow:


1. Please Right Click on the interface > select Action element

2. Click Add action to configure


3. You can see many types of actions in the selection bar. You can select your preferred action and click Add Action


4. Here I want to tag the user based on his inputs.


5. Click on Confirm Changes and connect node sockets with the relevant element.

Creating the TimeGap Element:


1. Please Right Click on the interface > select TimeGap element element

2. Click on it and enter TimeGap Value > select TimeGap Unit and click OK


3. Now, add a text element asking for customer feedback and include quick replies.


4.Add one more text element for the Thankyou message.


5.Connect node sockets correctly.


Chatbot Flow: HTTP request

Your bot might need to access an external service, on behalf of the user or as part of your business logic. For example, you are looking to generate leads through the UserInput and need to send data to your server. Or you need to get data from the server and send it through chatbot flow.

In this case, the HTTP requests will help you achieve your goals.

Creating the HTTP request element


1. Let's create an Inspirational Quotes bot using the HTTP request element.

2. Click on the Import Social Media option


3. Create a new GMB Flow > Right-click and select an HTTP element > Add a Trigger element > enter a keyword to trigger the flow and click OK


4. Click on the HTTP element > Add request URL > Click on Test Request Button


5. Now, you need to map the response


6. Please click on the Map Response button > Select correct response value and map it with the custom variable which you have created > click on "+" button and click on "Confirm Changes"


7.HTTP input is done, now we need to add a text element to send the inspirational quote.


8.Add a Text element > enter a Message > select Custom variable and click on Confirm Changes.


9.Save the flow > Our inspiration quote bot is ready.


How to Set Up Auto-Reply to Users Comment on Facebook and Instagram

What is Comment Auto-Reply?

We understand that you may not always have the time to manage Facebook comments, especially when they are so many. But for all its worth, Facebook comments can be a valuable source of customer feedback or even potential sales leads- which is why it is crucial to acknowledge and follow up on most of them.

If you are a social media manager or a marketer and you find yourself overwhelmed with the number of comments on your Facebook posts, ad posts, and Instagram posts.


In this post, we'll explain what are automated replies for Facebook comments and how you can enable them to your social media pages.


Protip: You must enable auto-replies for General inquiries such as pricing, availability, store address, contact details, discounts, etc.

Creating a Comment Auto Reply for Facebook

Prerequisites: Make sure you have enabled the Bot when your import the account.

1. Click Facebook & Instagram on the Navigation Pane and Select Comment Auto Reply


  1. 2.In the Comment Auto Reply page, you can see the Two Tabs (Facebook Pages and Instagram Business) and the pages you have imported.

Note: You won't see your page if you haven’t enabled the Bot when you import the account.

3. Now Select a page and proceed to create a comment auto-reply


4. Click on Create New Comment Auto Reply button.


5.Now It'll ask you to Enter Post Id


1.Public Posts: You can enable it and select any of your public posts which is available on the page.


2.Post Id: You'll need to enter Post Id when you want to enable Comment Auto Reply for Ads or other posts which are not public.

6. Now, you can create an auto-reply for the selected post as per your requirement. You'll get many interesting features such as Auto Like, 1 Comment per user, Generic or Keyword-Based Reply, Private Reply Message, Photo/Video Comments, and Auto-Delete Offensive comments.

  1. 1.) Auto Reply Name: You can name your auto-replies for your reference. It won't be visible publicly.

    2.) Auto Like: If enabled, all the comments will be liked automatically.

  2. Protip: Only use Auto Like when you have enabled "Delete Offensive Comment" Or Use Auto Like with Keyword-Based Replies.


  3. 3.) 1 Comment Per User: If you want, you can only allow a single comment per user in a post.


  1. 4.) Generic or Keyword-Based Reply: As the name suggests, you can use any as per your preference.


  2. We recommend using Keyword Based Auto-Reply for the better social experience.


  1. 5.) Second Level Comment Reply: You can enable this if you want a second level auto-reply.


6.) Generic Comment: Please enter the generic comment for auto-reply.

Protip: You can tag the user and use first name, last name variables in the comments.


  1. 7.) Private Reply Message: You can reply privately through Messenger chatbot flow.


8.) Photo/Video Attachment: You can include photo/video in your auto-replies.



9.) Offensive Comments: You can track offensive words in the comments and message privately or delete the negative comments automatically.


10.) Private Message: You Can Create a Chatbot Flow for negative/offensive comments and send it privately with Comment Auto-Reply.

Correct Chatbot Flow Structure for Comment Auto Reply

You must use the correct Chatbot flow structure for your Comment-auto-reply campaigns to avoid Error#10900

Facebook will not allow your Page to send too many messages at once after a comment is created by customer.

Meaning.. you have to use a correct Flow Structure.

Instead of sending too many messages at once after the comment, your should send only 1 Message.

Adding a Facebook Account


Wrong Chatbot Flow Structure For Comment Auto Reply:

The sample Chatbot flow structure below shows a wrong structure for Comment Auto reply.


With this structure, the chatbot will send more than 1 message to the Facebook user who commented on your post.


What would happen is, Facebook will only send the first message - and the rest will not be sent.


This Flow structure would trigger Error #10900

Correct Chatbot Flow Structure For Comment Auto Reply:

You should only send 1 message after the comment and only send the rest of the messages after your subscriber engages with your Bot.


Add a Button or a Quick-reply on your first chatbot element to send only 1 Message

Assigning A Full-page Comment Auto Reply

If you need to set-up the same comment-reply automation for all your page's posts without having to configure each of your post's comment reply automation - you can use the "Full-page Autoreply" feature.


Enabling The Full-page Comment Auto Reply:

It's really easy.

Simply drag the crown to the post you want to become your Full page auto reply template.

Disabling The Full-page Comment Auto Reply:

And if you want to disable the full page auto comment reply, simply drop the crown back to the holder.

Setting up Post Randomizer

Prerequisites: You must have all your contents available on a Google Drive folder and shared with Pro Elkan.

2.As mentioned above, You need to upload all contents on a Google Drive folder and share with Pro Elkan.

Let's divide the setup into 2 parts: Google Drive Data Soruces and Post Randomizer Campaign

Part 1: Importing Google Drive Data Sources

3.Click on Google Drive Data Sources > Add New Google Drive Source


4.Next, you'll need to Enter a source name


5.Go to your Google Drive Folder and Grant Editor Access to fbmm-google-int@fb-marketing-master.iam.gserviceaccount.com


6.Now, Enter your Google Drive Folder URL


7.Your Media Source Has Been Successfully Imported!


Part 2: Creating a post randomizer campaign


  1. 8.Go to My Campaigns > Add New Campaign


9.Select Campaign Media Source (Google Drive Folder that you have imported)


10.Now you can see the Images or Other Media that you had uploaded to the Google Drive folder and Settings section at right.

1.) Media Section: All imported media are visible on the dashboard. You can write text captions in the input area right above the media preview.


If required, you can exclude or delete posts from the campaign. All you need to hit the exclude/delete button at the bottom.


2.) Settings Section: You can manage post rules such as posting frequency, timezone, publish time, pages, Instagram, FB groups, start date, and end date.


Protip: You can select mulitple Fb Pages, Instagram, Fb Groups and publish to mutiple pages from a single campaign.

11. Once you enter the post captions and post settings, You can Save it. Your First Post Randomizer campaign is now live!

Note: You can toggle the switch to enable/disable the campaign.

Enabling Posting To Groups:

Your groups must give access to the Marketing Master App in its settings.

1.  To do this, go to your Manage GroupGroup SettingsApps 


2. then click "Add Apps"


3.Then search for “Marketing Master” → and click "Marketing Master" icon



4. Click "Add"


Post Randomizer Campaign Reports

Prerequisites: You must have your pre-rocorded videos available on a Google Drive folder and shared with Pro Elkan.

1. Click Facebook & Instagram on the Navigation Pane and Select Livestream

2.As mentioned above, You need to upload videos on a Google Drive folder and share with Pro Elkan.

Let's divide the setup into 3 parts: Google Drive Data Sources, Import Video from Media Source and Create New Livestream

Part 1 : Importing Google Drive Data Sources


3.Click on Google Drive Data Sources > Create New Media Source


4.Next, you'll need to Enter a source name


5.Go to your Google Drive Folder and Grant Editor Access to fbmm-google-int@fb-marketing-master.iam.gserviceaccount.com


6.Enter your Google Drive Folder URL



7.Your Media Source Has Been Successfully Imported!


Part 2: Import Video from Media Source


8.Go to Imported Videos Tab and Click Import New Video


9.Select the Media Source Folder > Select Video and press OK


Part 3: Create New Livestream


10.Go to the My Streams tab and click on Create New Livestream


11. In the next step, Enter a Stream Name and Select the Video


12. Select the Stream Destination where you want to stream the video. You can live stream to personal Facebook profiles, Facebook Business Pages, and Facebook Groups through Pro Elkan  Livestream.


13. Define Title and Description for Facebook Post


14.Select the Publishing time (You can also schedule it by selecting Later) and Click Next


15.Now, the streaming is getting ready and you may see Pending in status and it'll Live in a few seconds.

Using Custom streams

You can Livestream your video to any destination which accepts RTMP. All you need is RTMP server URL and Stream Key.

1. Go to the Custom Streams tab and click on Create New Custom Stream


3. Enter Stream Name > Enter Stream Server URL and Enter Stream Key and Press Submit

Protip: Facebook also provides custom RTMP options to livestream.

Enabling Livestreaming To Groups:

Your groups must give access to the Marketing Master App in its settings.

1.  To do this, go to your Manage GroupGroup SettingsApps 


3. You'll see a button to Add A New Facebook Account. Please click on it and press Continue with Facebook

The One-Time Notification allows you to send a single message per user request outside the 24-hour window. So if a user requests to get a message for a certain goal, you can send them a promotional message outside the 24-hour window.


The token can only be used once and will expire within 1 year of creation.

Creating Chat Sequences


1. Click Facebook & Instagram on the Navigation Pane and Select Chat Sequence


2. Select Your Page and Click on Create New Messenger Sequence button


3. Now you can see the Sequence configuration section.


  1. 1.Provide a name for your sequence in the Enter your Chat Sequence Message Name Here field.


  2. 2.Select the time interval at which you want to trigger messages. You can choose from Minute, Hour, Day, Week, or Month options.


  3. 3.From the Select, Your Flow list, choose the messenger flow that you want to use for this sequence. You can also add a new flow or edit an existing flow here.


  4. 4.Choose the Postback ID for sending a postback message.


  5. 5.From the Messenger Tag list, choose the tag to be used for the sequence. (It's optional) Read about Messenger Tags Here


  6. 6.Click the + icon to add the next message in the sequence and repeat the steps for the sequential message.


  7. 7.Once the above steps are done, click the Go to Next Step button.


8.Enter a name for the chat sequence and Click Show Advanced Settings.


9.Here, define the rules for triggering the messages, as:

-Match Type: Select the condition for the rule from Any or All.

  • -Select the filter for the rule to be applied from Tags.

  • -Click Add Rule to define multiple rules.


For example, if you don’t want to send Messages to subscribers who are tagged as "Paid Customers".


  1. 10.In the Remove Subscriber To Chat Sequence When area, define rules for removing the customer from the Messenger trigger using:

  2. -Match Type: Select the condition for the rule from Any or All.

  3. -Select the filter for the rule to be applied from Tags.

  4. -Click Add Rule to define multiple rules.


11.Click the Save Chat Sequence button to save your changes.

4. Your Messenger Chat sequence is successfully created and you can see it in the list.


Editing/Deleting Chat Sequence


You can edit or delete the Chat sequence using the corresponding icons in the Actions column, as shown in the following figure.

The design elements available here are Header, Paragraph, Text Field, Text Area, Select, Radio Group, Checkbox Group, Button, Date Field, and #Number.


You can quickly design your forms and views using these elements. 


NOTE: You can also use the options in the elements to restrict access for elements. For example, if you do not want your customers to change the date field, you can restrict it to the Admin role.

6. Click the SAVE button at the right bottom.


7.Scroll to the top and click the Go Back button

Configuring and Launching Get Started Button

In this article, you'll learn to configure Get Started Button.

The Facebook chatbot includes a "Get Started" button on the welcome screen, which starts a conversation with your Messenger bot when it is tapped.


By default, when a user taps the Get Started button, a message 'get started' is posted into the conversation, and your bot is ten granted permission to send messages. With Pro Elkan, you can customize the message and use a messenger flow that will be used for the configuration.

5. Once the import is successful, You can see your business pages added to Pro Elkan.


Another way to enable the "Get-started" feature is by using Chatbot flow triggers.


Simply create a "Trigger" element and select the "Get Started" option.

Configuring keywords in Pro Elkan

3. Go to Google Sheets > Create a New Sheet > Grant Editor access to fbmm-google-int@fb-marketing-master.iam.gserviceaccount.com



4. Copy Google Sheet URL > paste copied URL and click OK




5.It may take a few seconds to import the sheet.
